Still not a coil. One less thing to grab for, or think about, when riding. I have had this shock for three years, and it has been through regular mudfests, rock gardens, rain and sludge ie a good day in the UK. Manitou Swinger 4way rear shock SPV:

Description: The Swinger still uses SPV low-speed compression damping that relies on user-adjustable air pressure on the far side of the damping circuit to kill any excess pedal bob.
